Response: who made heaven and earth

Leader: The Lord be with you.
Response: and also with you.

Leader: Let us pray.

Father God, Eternal One, we give you honor, praise and thanksgiving for this moment in eternity when we consecrate this new community into the Secular Order of Jesus, Mary and Joseph. We ask you to be merciful to this community and members of the Order. Through the powerful intercession of Mary Most Holy, Queen of the Divine Will, we acknowledge our nothingness and our total dependence upon your love and providence. Free members of the Order, through the Sorrowful Mother of God from all sin and wiles of evil.

Leader: Let us pray the prophetic petition of Jesus for the world.
Response: Our Father, who art in heaven.....

Leader: Let us gather around the candle which will represent this community.

Jesus Christ, Son of God, Our Lord and Savior. All we think and do is through you for the glory of God. We renew our baptismal promises now. We repent of our sins and promise to the best of our ability to love and serve in the Divine Will of the Trinity.

Leader: Let us pray the Apostles Creed.

Leader: This candle is a symbol. A candle is made to give light. Scripture calls each of us and this community out of darkness to His marvelous light. He has transferred us to the Kingdom of Jesus to share the destiny of the saints in light. We are to live as sons and daughters of light.

Leader lights the candle and prays:

Through the love of the Divine Will, we determine to walk in the light and be in union with God who is light. This community light is a reminder that we are called to fraternal love which proves we are in light or darkness.

Leader: The power of this spiritual light is Jesus Christ. We expect each of you and future members to go forth in the world as a beacon of good news of the Gospel. Our Motto is: To save those souls who can still be saved.

Leader: Reads the Erection of the Community from the International Office.
Response: Amen.

All of the officers of the community assemble near the lit candle.

You have been selected by the Holy Spirit, with the community being in one mind and heart, to lead this community into the sanctification era of the Holy Spirit. We now pray for the empowerment of the Holy Spirit for you to serve in humility and love for your term of office.

Leader: Most Holy Virgin Mary, Queen of the Divine Will, We choose you this day to be our advocate and queen. By the precious blood of Jesus, your son, receive this community under the mantle of your protection. Allow us to serve you during our life. Please do not abandon us at the hour of our death. Amen.

Leader: We now ask the members of the Community to swear allegiance to the Holy Father.

Eternal One on the Throne. We swear allegiance to the Most Holy Father, elected by the Roman Catholic Church. Guard, protect and provide for Him and his loyal bishops and priests. Give to him the gifts of inspiration and discernment to lead the Church into the new era.
